This will be my fourth year at Pura Vida, Costa Rica. In 2011, I am thrilled to once again have Claudia Neuman, Certified Yoga Teacher, joining me. After last year's glorious success, we have come up with an even more life affirming and play filled week for you in 2011. As usual, we will be offering a time of morning meditation followed by an Anusara Yoga Class suitable for all levels. In the afternoon there will be a continuation of the day's theme with yet another Anusara Class! This year, things will be a bit different to keep things rich and sweet. Claudia and I will be switching teaching schedules throughout the retreat and there will be more offerings for you this year. More details to follow! Of course, you are always invited to join Claudia and Cheryl during teacher practices as well. The intention of this retreat is playfully dance with the energies and stories of the myths of the Gods and Goddesses. We will playfully engage in Mantra and Mudra, stories and songs as well before, during and after our Asanas.

Yoga classes will be offered by Cheryl and Claudia twice daily. You will have ample time to roam the lush gardens, swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub or hang out in a hammock. There are several eco-adventures to choose from too: white-water rafting, zip-lining through the rainforest, or enjoying a butterfly enclosure/ hummingbird garden and waterfall hike all in one morning outing, horseback riding and visiting the beach, tour the coffee plantation!

Pura Vida offers some of the most wonderful body work I've ever experienced. Treat yourself to a session from dozens of treatments to choose from from massage to Watsu (water shiatsu), intuitive helaers, all offered by world class practitioners. If you want to hear just how great these bodyworkers and healers are, come to the reunion and ask someone who has experienced it!
